Brynna Cadman

Short Autobiography

On June 18, 1982 I graduated from Fontana High School and on June 19, 1982 I married Scott Cadman.

In June of 1986 I graduated from CSUSB (BA, Liberal Studies) and began teaching with Fontana Unified School District.  In 1987 my husband opened Cadman Chiropractic in Fontana.  I take care of the accounts payable for his office.

I taught third grade with FUSD until my third child was born in 1989.  It was then I stayed home with my kids and enjoyed raising our four children - three boys and a girl.

In 1997 I was elected to serve on the Etiwanda School District Board of Trustees after having volunteered at my children’s schools - participating as a PTA board member, PTSA board member, school site council member, district advisory committee member, school boundary committee member, teacher’s helper and room mother.  I was re-elected in 2001, 2005, 2010, 2014 and have served as the board president.

We enjoy camping at the beach and hiking in the mountains.  We have backpacked the Rae Lakes Loop a 50 mile trip in Kings Canyon National Park.  We have climbed to the top of the Grand Teton. Most recently we have started climbing and climbed to the top of the Devil's Tower in northeastern Wyoming.  Our most recent adventures included getting to the top of Clouds Rest and Half Dome in Yosemite as well as Mt. Langley and Mt. Whitney in the Sierras. There is nothing better than a few days surrounded by the beauty of this planet completely unplugged to realize what is most important in life.

All four of my children have gone through the Etiwanda schools and graduated from Etiwanda High School. My oldest two sons have recently graduated from Chiropractic College.  My youngest graduated from CSUSB.  Three of my children graduated from BYU-Idaho and those three are all married. We have been blessed with four beautiful granddaughters and four active grandsons.  My greatest joys come from my family.

Summer 2018

We have a successful partnership between the schools and families of our district.  I seek to communicate the high expectations of the Etiwanda School District in a clear and supportive manner. I will work hard toward the common goal of student achievement and success.

I support the district motto of Excellence in Education.Thank you for allowing me to serve.
